Why one team

One accountable team instead of a patchwork of vendors.

Platforms, automations and agents reinforce each other. A platform produces clean, structured data. Automations keep that data flowing between systems. Agents then act on it to handle the judgement-heavy work that rules cannot. Building all three with one team means nothing falls between the gaps.
