§5 FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
If yours is not here, ask it on a call. We will add it.
How much does a project cost?
Pricing is based on scope, not hourly rates or a price list. Every project starts with a fixed-price discovery sprint, usually two weeks, that ends with a written scope and a fixed quote for the first phase.
Each later phase gets its own agreed price, so you always know the cost of the next step before it starts.
How long does it take?
The timeline is set during discovery, not guessed on a first call. As a rough guide, a focused automation often goes live in two to four weeks, and a first platform release takes two to four months.
You get a dated roadmap before any build starts, and working software every couple of weeks.
Which technology do you use?
We choose the stack per project. Most of our work uses TypeScript, React and Next.js, Node.js or Python, and Postgres, with React Native or Flutter for mobile. Hosting follows the same logic: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or Oracle Cloud, a VPS from providers such as Hostinger, or your own servers.
You own all of it, so another team could pick it up later.
Do you work with companies outside India?
Yes. We are based in India and work with teams in India, the US and Europe. Our day overlaps with European and US East Coast mornings, so live calls are easy, and we keep you updated with a weekly demo and short written notes.
Can you host and run the software for us?
Yes, on whatever fits your stack: your own cloud account, a VPS from providers such as Hostinger or Hetzner, your own self-hosted hardware, or hosting we manage for you. We size it to what you run and how complex it is, from a single VPS for an early product to a full stack on your own servers.
Either way you get monitoring, tested backups, on-call alerting, security updates and a runbook, so you are never dependent on us to keep it running.
Do you use low-code automation tools?
Where they fit. n8n, Make, Zapier and Power Automate are often the fastest way to connect your systems. When volume, cost or complexity outgrow them, we build custom services instead, and we recommend whichever will be simpler to run long term.
How do you keep AI agents safe?
Agents only get the access their task needs, every step they take is logged, and high-impact actions, such as moving money or messaging a customer, wait for a person to approve.
We measure accuracy against real examples before launch and keep measuring after, with spend limits to keep costs in check.
Who owns what you build?
You do, from the first commit: the code in your repository, the design files, and the infrastructure on your own cloud, VPS or servers. At handover you also get documentation, runbooks and a recorded walkthrough, with no licence fees.
